Bid Awarded for Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center

Lourdes University President David J. Livingston, Ph.D., and Board of Trustees Chair Ernest C. Enrique proudly announce phase two of its mid-campus expansion project – the Russell J. Ebeid Recreation Center. A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for September 2015 with a dedication to take place in summer 2016.

The nearly 49,000 square foot building is being designed by Stough & Stough Architects / Miller Diversified Construction with an eye toward future expansion. Learn more.

College of Nursing Awarded Nearly $1 Million in HRSA Grants

Lourdes University Provost Dr. Geoffrey J. Grubb and Dean of the College of Nursing Dr. Judy Didion, R.N., are pleased to announce that the College of Nursing has been granted $944,313 in funding for the 2015-2016 academic year through the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA).

Seventy-eight percent of the funding ($739,325) will provide resources and financial aid to undergraduate students from disadvantaged backgrounds and support their wish to become part of the nursing and health professions workforce. Learn more.
