Siding the house and having fun in Texas

Posted by: mission on 3/7/2012

SidingIt was another gorgeous day in Laredo, Texas.

On the first house, the frame for the shed was put up, and the installation of the siding was completed.

On the second house, the windows were installed, and more siding was placed. We had another yummy lunch prepared by the residents: beans, rice, and potato-stuffed tortillas topped with cabbage, tomatoes, and homemade salsa.

We had dinner with the other three Habitat teams and the Habitat staff at Empire Garden Asian Bistro. We wrapped the night up back at the church playing Rock Band and Just Dance with our Team Leaders Lorenzo and Danny. There is video evidence in possession of many of the Habitat members :)
