Today we got to the site and it was cloudy we said our daily prayer and the director of the highland county habitat came and talked and brought us donuts to eat. We broke off into teams and it started to down pour. Some of us helped prime the ceilings and walls and some of us helped clean up garages and inside the houses also. They decided that we would be done early because of the weather so we had to help pick up all the tools that were left out. We ate lunch that was left over from when a local lady cooked for us and we left after that. We got back and some of us went to the mall and some did homework. I got some sweet shoes by the way :)

This morning we were all so excited because we woke up early enough to make it to Starbucks before we had to be at the site.

Our third day on the site was successful as usual. Luckily there was a nice breeze to help keep us cool from the 83 degree temperature throughout the day. We were split up into different groups to perform different tasks. A group of us finished painting the exterior of the houses; a group started siding some of the houses; and several people finished securing the roof panels.
