Nursing: Uniforms

Dear Lourdes University Nursing Student,

The Lourdes University College of Nursing has adopted a community uniform for community-based clinical wear and a white student uniform for wear in hospital experiences.

The College of Nursing has chosen Superior Uniform Sales, Inc. as our uniform supplier. Both uniforms are available through Superior and all orders will have the Lourdes University College of Nursing logo.

• The black polo shirt is required for community-based classes including Integrated Clinical I and Integrated Clinical II.
• The white uniform and lab coat is required for hospital-based classes including Integrated Clinical III, Integrated Clinical IV, and Integrated Clinical V.

Please review the order form. Orders can be placed by contacting Superior via phone (800-536-0718), fax (419-476-1862), online (http://lourdes.superioruniformstore.com with the password BSN), or in person at 909 Phillips Avenue, Toledo, OH 43612.

If you are unsure of your size, feel free to come to the Nursing Learning Lab where we have several uniforms available to try. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the lab at 419-824-3782.

Lab hours are as follows:

Monday - Thursday:	8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday:	8:30 a.m .- 4:30 p.m.
May 6 - 10:	8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
May 13 - August 23:	Please call 419-824-3796 for appt.

Please be advised that all orders must be placed by August 2, 2013 for guaranteed on-time delivery for the start of the fall semester on August 26, 2013.
