The Jamaica experience allows 10 students to travel to Mandeville, Jamaica to live, work, study and play at St. John Bosco Boys’ Home. Bosco is a residence, school and skill training center to approximately 160 boys between the ages of 5–18. During their time in Jamaica, students have the opportunity to interact with the young men in their school and work environment; learn about the Jamaican culture, customs and practices; and better understand Bosco’s response and sense of responsibility to court-ordered and displaced boys.
This is a technology-free experience: no phone, iPods, iPads, etc. are welcome.
Trip cost: $1,500 per person*

*Estimated cost subject to change. Trip cost does not include passport. Current 2015 passport fees are approximately 140.00 and take approximately 6 weeks from application to delivery.
