The Leadership Branch of the Lourdes Alumni Association (LUAA) is an exciting way for Master of Organization Leadership (MOL) alumni to stay connected with each other and with Lourdes faculty and staff, as well as to network and meet other alumni from the program.

Mission Statement

The Leadership Branch of the Lourdes Alumni Association inspires leaders to continue to grow personally and professionally while contributing to Lourdes' mission and the community as a whole.

The Leadership Branch is seeking 3 officers for the term commencing July 2013 – June 2014. The description for each position is found below and comes from the Bylaws. Please note that the Chairperson position is for 2 years.  Description from Article V – Officers:

Chairperson – to serve 2 years

• Shall facilitate meetings 
• Shall prepare meeting agenda 
• Shall serve as spokesperson for the branch with Lourdes University & Alumni Association

Co-Chairperson – to serve 1 year 

• Shall assume all duties in absence of the chairperson

Secretary – to serve 1 year 

• Shall record the activities and decisions of all Branch meetings 
• Send all recordings and proposed agenda to all Branch members, Alumni Relations Officer and faculty advisor. 
• Shall prepare any other necessary correspondence for the Branch

Elections will be held at the March 20 meeting.
