Deciding on a major or career is a process of exploration that takes a varying amount of time for every student. Career Services can help you during this process through individual consultation appointments, assessments, and social networking.  Below are just a few resources to help you begin to answer the questions: What do I want to do for the rest of my life? What makes me happy and feel self-worth? O*Net Online: This website is great for career exploration and job analysis.  It contains detailed job descriptions, including occupation summaries, typical tasks, skills, education levels, and even related occupations you may not have considered!

Occupational Job Outlook: Created by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, this resource provides occupation summaries, wages, work environments, duties, and job outlook for the future.
