Housing Application Form

This form does not guarantee that all of your preferences/requests will be granted. This form is for the Residence Life staff to match you up with someone who shares common interests, values, or a similar schedule. Lourdes reserves the right to make any and all final housing and roommate assignments during the year for the good of the resident, the residential community, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Lourdes. It is in your best interest to answer these questions as honestly as possible.
Smoking is never permitted in any Lourdes Commons building. Asking about your roommate's smoking preference is not an endorsement, nor does it allow you to smoke in any Lourdes Commons building. The answer you provide will help the Office of Residence Life match potential roommates.

The Lourdes Campus and Residence Life Office will do our best to accommodate your housing preferences; however, we cannot guarantee a specific housing arrangement. Housing Preferences are listed by price per academic year per student.
Housing will be closed during the semester break between the end of Fall semester and beginning of Spring semester. As well as between the end of Summer semester and the beginning of Fall semester. Housing is open during Thanksgiving and Spring breaks.

No single 1 bedroom units will be assigned to incoming first year students.

If you have a documented disability and require special housing accommodations, please contact the Director of Accessibility Services by e-mail at kgrieve@lourdes.edu or call (419) 824-3834. Special needs housing must be requested by June 1.

Your application is not considered to be complete until a housing deposit of $100.00 is made to the Bursar's Office. Checks should be made out to Lourdes University.

By marking yes, I understand that acceptance of this application does not constitute a guarantee of assignment to a residential apartment nor admission to the university.
