This form is required for reserving any campus space, hosting activities, or application for SGA supplemental funding. Organizations that fail to register at the start of a new academic year are considered inactive. To regain recognition of an inactive student organization, please submit a request via email to Becky Tobias, Director of Student Activities at btobias@lourdes.edu or 419-517-8946.
