Adopt - Don't Shop!

Animals are a significant part of our community. From beloved pets that are lucky enough to be considered part of the family, to the ones that are in shelters waiting to be adopted or strays on the streets, it is clear they are a force that cannot go unaddressed. Fortunately for the Toledo community, there are several different organizations that do all they are able to for animals in need in our area. One of these organizations is called Planned Pethood, and from personal experience of adopting several cats from them over the years, I can declare that they are excellent at what they do.

Toledo: Insight to the art scene

Uptown and Downtown Toledo joined together to hold their final Art Walk of the summer season. The Arts Commission of Toledo premiered these events during the second Thursday of each summer month. For three hours of these evenings, local artists display their work on street corners and inside storefronts of restaurants and artist galleries.
