The Office of University Relations represents Lourdes to internal and external communities through advertising, marketing, media, publications and web communications. As an integral part of Institutional Advancement, the office informs students, alumni, donors and public of the latest news, developments and offerings at the institution. Below are pertinent resources and policies as they relate to the media:
First point of contact – Media officials are asked to contact the Office of University Relations with all questions and requests for visitation, interviews and access to records and information.
The office will work closely with local, regional and national media to ensure that all requests are handled in a timely manner. Likewise, members of the Lourdes community who are approached directly by media are to refer them to the Office of University Relations.

On campus filming & photography – Lourdes University is happy to accommodate requests for photography and filming on campus by media representatives. Before scheduling photos, video shoots or arriving on campus, media are asked to contact the Office of University Relations as well as familiarize review Lourdes’ Privacy Statement.
Promotional Photos – Lourdes offers a variety of promotional marketing photos of the University. Photos are available for download through the institution’s Flickr account. For additional photos, please contact Heather Hoffman at hhoffman@lourdes.edu.
