Student complaints of discrimination will be handled according to Lourdes College's Non-Academic Grievance Procedures. These procedures are explained in the Lourdes College Student Handbook. Faculty or staff complaints of discrimination will be handled according to the Regress of Complaints and Appeal sections in Lourdes College's Policy Manual, Volume II, General Institutional Policies.
