Ms. Duff Anderson joined Lourdes administration as Dean of Student Life in spring of 2016 after previously serving as the Interim Director of Student Life. Possessing more than 10 years of experience working in Academic Affairs and Student Life, her previous appointments at Lourdes include Director of Retention/Title III Program Director, Associate Dean of Students and Director of the First Year Program.

As Dean of Student Life, Ms. Duff Anderson is responsible for the full breadth of student affairs functions including residential life, student government and student activities, student conduct processes and counseling services. While at Lourdes, Ms. Duff Anderson has been instrumental in establishing the First Year Experience program. Other achievements include developing a partnership between Lourdes University and Siena Heights University for the St. John Bosco Boys Home Jamaica Service Experience program.

Prior to joining Lourdes, Ms. Duff Anderson served in a number of positions at Siena Heights University including Co-Achievement Chair – Student Achievement and Academic Success, Director of First Year Experience and Director of Student Activities.

Academically, Ms. Duff Anderson holds a B.A. in human service with a social work concentration from Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan; and a M.S.W. in community organization and mental health from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
