Master of Organizational Leadership

The MOL program at Lourdes University is ideal for employees within larger organizations who aspire to ascend to management or leadership roles. At its core, the program is an active learning experience that prepares students for the challenges and opportunities of modern leadership.

The Master of Organizational Leadership curriculum focuses on planning, financial management, diversity, and social responsibility. Students have three program options (General Leadership, Healthcare Leadership, or Leadership Research). Toward the end of the program, students work on a flexible, customizable capstone project that focuses on special topics in leadership.

Pursuing higher education while managing your career and personal commitments can be challenging. With the MOL’s flexible learning options, you can complete the program on-site at area businesses, online, or in a hybrid format, which makes it an excellent opportunity for working professionals to enhance their leadership skills without disrupting their current commitments.

We made it shorter (10 courses) and more focused on the needs of working professionals. We love to work with organizations, and we can tailor the program to their specific needs, which includes modality (online vs. in-person) and location (on-campus vs. on corporate sites).”
