Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL)
Managers and leaders are often faced with new challenges daily. They need to be attuned to change, and flexible in adapting to demands of stakeholders and expectations of constituents. The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) degree develops emerging leaders in the for profit, not-for-profit and government sectors. MOL candidates learn and apply leadership theory utilizing a multidisciplinary approach that synthesizes knowledge from management science, social sciences, humanities, research science, communication arts and Franciscan values.
Designed to accommodate the busy schedules of working professionals, the MOL courses are offered on week nights. Lourdes MOL graduates emerge as ethical leaders who create a clear leadership vision, set goals and empower others to be their best in healthcare, social services, business and government arenas.
Candidates can choose to participate in a global immersion experience that allows them to explore problems of international business, question assumptions and gain the skills to test those assumptions through site visits to international Fortune 500 companies.
