Information for Admitted Students
Congratulations on your acceptance to Lourdes University. As a newly admitted student, please follow the steps below to secure your spot in the upcoming semester. Review our Viewbook.
Complete the Lourdes University Intent to Enroll Form and pay your deposit.
After completing the Lourdes University Intent to Enroll Form, you then need to pay your $100 enrollment deposit.
It is important to note that paying your deposit is the only way to secure your space at Lourdes University.
Note: The deposit is due by as soon as possible. This is refundable until May 1; after this date the $100 deposit is non-refundable.
If you’ve already completed the Intent to Enroll Form and only need to pay your deposit, complete the Enrollment Deposit Form.
Students withdrawing from Lourdes University should indicate their intent on the Intent to Enroll Form as well.

Complete the FAFSA (optional)
Please complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for need-based financial assistance. Be sure to indicate Lourdes University’s FAFSA code: 003069.
The FAFSA is available on October 1 for the following calendar year.
To be eligible for priority scholarship opportunities, please complete the FAFSA as soon as possible.
Your acceptance to Lourdes University may be reconsidered if you submit deposits to more than one institution at the same time.
Your acceptance for Lourdes University admission is contingent upon your maintaining the level of academic achievement presented in your application through the conclusion of the school year. Please remember to submit a copy of your final transcript(s).
If your academic performance or conduct is inconsistent with your submitted admission application information, Lourdes University reserves the right to revoke admission or to stipulate additional enrollment conditions.
Submit your housing application. (optional)
Enjoy suite-style student housing in suburban Sylvania, Ohio. Lourdes Commons offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartment-style living spaces in six separate residence halls (Pioneer, Justinian, Bonaventure, Ambrose, Rosaria and Emmanuel).
Send your official final transcript(s) to Lourdes University.
