During the summer, Lourdes was honored to receive recognition as a college and as an employer.
For the sixth consecutive year, Lourdes was named a "Best in the Midwest" College by the Princeton Review and The Chronicle of Higher Education named the institution one of the top 10 Great Colleges to Work For®.
"We chose Lourdes and the other terrific schools we recommend as our 'regional best' primarily for their excellent academic programs," offers Robert Franek, Princeton Review's Vice President of Publishing.
"We chose the schools based on institutional data we collected from several hundred schools in each region, our visits to schools over the years and the opinions of independent and high school-based college advisors whose recommendations we invite. We also take into account what each school's customers – their students – report to us about their campus experiences."
The Princeton Review helps students, parents and educators achieve the best results at every stage of their educational careers.
The Chronicle of Higher Education named Lourdes among the top 10 Great Colleges to Work For®. The program recognizes institutions for best practices and policies in 26 categories for four-year colleges and in 15 categories for community colleges.
The top 10 ranking colleges are then placed in the Honor Roll list based on enrollment size.
