Alumnus:
Michael Buck
Class of 2012
Bachelor of Science degree – management

Michael is a proven leader and super hero – assisting citizens across the globe. His most notable accomplishments include commanding 110 personnel for 2 years in Baghdad, Iraq's Green Zone without any casualties, as well as providing protection for Air Force One in Argentina.

Michael is now a proud State Farm corporate employee and independent contractor agent, dedicated to representing the agency and fulfilling its mission. "Our company is known for being family-friendly in the way it treats its clients and employees."

Sylvania residents who call on Michael to insure their homes, cars, and lives will not only get to know a great agent but also his incredible family – wife Kaycee (a current Lourdes nursing student) and their 2 daughters Mikayla, age 9, and Aubrey, age 1.

He credits his recent achievements to the Lourdes professors and staff. "I could not have achieved any of these goals without their support. As an alumnus of the College of Business & Leadership, I plan to give back as much as possible, hopefully helping future alumni in the process."
