In her management role in the emergency center, Kelly leads a strong team in providing healthcare to 85-90 patients per day with all types of ailments in an efficient and effective manner. Other job duties include scheduling, running drills, drafting educational policies and writing and securing Ohio Department of Health grants. She credits her Lourdes education for teaching her how to best understand and work with patients and fellow healthcare providers.

Kelly is also an inaugural member of an elite Lourdes team – being the first graduate of the RN to MSN degree. "The degree was perfect for me. The classes were conducive to my work schedule and going from an associate's degree directly to a master's degree was both a time and financial savings. I would recommend it to anyone."
