Where else but Lourdes University can students enjoy apartment-style residence halls? Everything about Lourdes on-campus housing is “suite.” Lourdes Commons offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartment-style living spaces in six separate residence halls named in recognition of of our Franciscan heritage.

Residency Requirement

Full-time and part-time students are permitted to live in university undergraduate housing. All students are required to live in university owned or university sponsored housing for eight semesters, unless the student meets one of the following exceptions:
