Dr. Susan Rawson joined the Lourdes NAP program in 2014 as an Adjunct Faculty member, moving up in successive leadership roles. In 2020, she was appointed Program Director and Assistant Professor.

Before Lourdes, Dr. Rawson was a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for three decades. A lifelong learner, she has earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice and two master’s degrees (Theology, Human Resources and Health Care Management). She also completed a Clinical Pastoral Education Program and a Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate.

Dr. Rawson holds several professional memberships, including the Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists. A previous OSANA president, she also served on the organization’s board of directors.
