Rutherford B. Hayes and the Presidential Museum Guided Tour

Thursday, May 23

Depart Lourdes at 7:45 a.m. return by 4 p.m.
$25 for members/$44 for non-members
Price includes entrance to both the home and museum
You will have a variety of lunch options at Maumee Bay at your own expense.

If you take the Civil War class or the First Wives of Ohio, this is the perfect chance to learn more from very special guides and your instructors will be traveling with you! However, completion of the class(s) is not required for this trip! After your private tour, stroll the gardens before we board the bus to have lunch at Maumee Bay State Park, followed a visit to the Nature Center to meet with a Naturalist.

Lifelong Learning logo Lifelong Learning is an exciting educational program at Lourdes. Open to all interested men and women, the only requirement for participation is an interest in ongoing learning! Participants enjoy:

Classes in a wide variety of academic subjects
Day trips of educational interest
Monthly lectures featuring outstanding speakers, held on the third Friday of each month from September through May

All classes are offered for the sheer joy of learning with no tests, exams, or grades. Many are taught by Lourdes instructors or Lifelong Learning members who have a particular area of expertise. Nonmembers may also take classes at slightly higher prices. Class prices vary according the length of the class.

Membership through July 31 is $20. There will be a $10 per person monthly charge for those who wish to attend regular meetings without becoming a member of Lifelong Learning.
