The Lourdes Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is a one-year intensive program primarily designed for individuals who have recently completed an undergraduate degree in business and are interested in further developing expertise and skills before pursuing a career in business or not-for-profit management.

The program will provide students with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to effectively manage organizations in the 21st century environment. Ethics and social responsibility will be embraced throughout all course work and within the learning environment.
