Newly Admitted Graduate Students

To do before classes start:

1. Access the Lourdes Portal  The Portal contains your Email Account, Web for Students, Sakai course management system.  You will be able to print a bill, check your schedule and access financial aid information from Web for Students.  In order to access your Lourdes e-mail account, you will need to log-on to the Lourdes Portal with your username and password.  This information is provided below.  
   
   To get started, please go to: https://mycampus.lourdes.edu/web/mycampus/home and log in with the following information:
   
   • Username: <firstname.lastname>  (not case sensitive)
   • Password: your password is the first four digits of your birthday (MMDD) and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Example: Birthdate -  January 3, 1964 (0103) and Social Security number  123-45-6789 (6789). Therefore, the password is 01036789.

2. Obtain your Student ID and Parking Pass You will want to visit the Welcome Center to get your student ID and parking pass.  Bring your license plate number with you.  The Welcome Center staff can be reached by calling our main number 419-885-3211.  
3. Start or Confirm your Financial Aid  If applicable, please fill out the FAFSA form at www.fafsa.ed.gov   If you have questions, please contact the Financial Aid office  419-824-3732 or  finaid@lourdes.edu
4. Purchase your Books Books can be purchased/rented in the bookstore. Be sure to bring this letter with you in order to obtain the correct books for your course/s.  If you will be receiving financial aid, you can obtain a book voucher at anytime from the Bursar’s office in order to purchase your books. You can view the books necessary for your course by going to the Academic Course Schedule and clicking VIEW BOOKS beside your course number.  The Bookstore phone number:  419-824-3694. The bookstore is now located in the shopping plaza at the corner of McCord and Brint Roads.
