Through participation in athletics, Lourdes student-athletes follow our Franciscan values of learning, reverence, and service, as well as the NAIA Champions of Character tenants of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
Lourdes University athletic teams are nicknamed the Gray Wolves. Gubi, the official team mascot, is named after the Wolf of Gubbio, who St. Francis of Assisi tamed and befriended.
