A graduate of St. John’s Jesuit High School’s class of 1997, and a Lourdes alumnus, Adam is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Urban Planning, Design and Development (MUPDD) with a focus on real estate development from Cleveland State University.
Adam has several years of non-profit development experience working with both residential and commercial development projects. Additionally, he has experience in government funding and working with a variety of tax credits financing instruments including: Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LITHC), New Market Tax Credits (NMTC), and State/Federal Historic Tax Credits (HTC).
As an active volunteer, Adam has served with the Toledo Youth Commission, Toledo Board of Community Relations, Flower Hospital Board of Directors, and Adelante. Adam is currently the chairman of the Nueva Esperanza Community Credit Union (NECCU). NECCU is the first Latino based credit union in the state of Ohio. Adam was elected to Toledo City Council – At Large in January of 2009 and is currently completing his first term as an elected official.
