Staff and Administrative Positions

Lourdes University invites applicants for the position of Success Coach.

The Success Coach will work directly with students to ensure successful completion of competency-based education programs.  Success coaches will provide support, motivation, and equip students with the necessary resources to be successful.  This will be accomplished by using learner driven data to provide a personalized coaching experience for students.

This position will focus on the specific support needs of competency-based education students, who are anticipated to be primarily adult learners. The role includes coordinating individual support services, and linking students to campus and community resources - based on individual assessment. This person will serve as a liaison to ensure communication between students, faculty, and the Academic Success Center Staff in order to improve student success.

Lourdes University invites applicants for the position of Assistant Dean for Student Success and Engagement.

The Assistant Dean for Student Success and Engagement is a twelve-month, full-time staff position, and has dual responsibilities in Student Life and Student Success.   This position is responsible for the coordination of student life programs including new student orientation, student activities and student organizations as well as programs supporting the retention of students through the Office of Student Success.  The position primarily reports to the Dean of Students and secondarily to the Dean for Student Success.

The Financial Aid Advisor with need to be task oriented and open to learning. The FA Advisor will work directly with students and parent on issues relating to financial aid. They will also work directly with the Department of Education. This individual will perform duties necessary for the proper administration of Federal, State, and Institutional Financial Aid at Lourdes University, requiring considerable knowledge of Federal, State, and Institutional regulations and software. The FA Advisor is expected to be an active partner with the Director in their professional development.
