Duties include overseeing and handling the recruiting process, consulting with key executives on strategic planning, and serving as the liaison between a company’s management personnel and employees.

Lourdes University human resource management majors gain valuable internship experience and upon graduation, have the skills and knowledge needed to properly practice and manage the human resource department in today’s business world.
