
Ohio’s College Credit Plus
The goal of Ohio’s College Credit Plus (CCP) program is to expand opportunities for appropriately qualified high school students to experience coursework at the university level. This program to broaden and supplement the academic choices available to high school students.
Lourdes University is dedicated to providing excellent college courses for high school students seeking to earn college credit.

The following forms must be completed as part of the application process:
- College Credit Plus Application
- Agreement Signature Form
- Student Information Form
- Release Form for Academic Records
- Official High School Transcript
- Test Scores (ACT, SAT or Accuplacer)
Upon review of the required information, you will receive an Admission Decision Letter.
Please note, if student is homeschooled and/or attends a private school they MUST submit the CCP Funding Application by April 1st by 5:00 pm. Homeschooled and/or private school students MUST submit a copy of the funding award letter to enroll in class. To submit the CCP Funding Application click HERE
