Ohio’s College Credit Plus
The goal of Ohio’s College Credit Plus (CCP) program is to expand opportunities for appropriately qualified high school students to experience coursework at the university level. This program to broaden and supplement the academic choices available to high school students.
Lourdes University is dedicated to providing excellent college courses for high school students seeking to earn college credit.
Prospective students must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale and achieve the state required minimum for college readiness on one of the following tests: ACT, SAT or Accuplacer.

The following forms must be completed as part of the application process:
- College Credit Plus Application
- Agreement Signature Form
- Student Information Form
- Release Form for Academic Records
- Official High School Transcript
- Test Scores (ACT, SAT or Accuplacer)
