Lourdes Gray Wolf Bowler at Miracle Lanes Bowling Alley

Lourdes University Bowling has a new home

Miracle Lanes Bowling Alley in Toledo offers leagues and open bowling for people of all ages. The Gray Wolves are the only collegiate team that call Miracle Lanes home.

Miracle Lanes owner Jim Nyhan is passionate about giving back, especially to youth and those living with special needs. He says Lourdes University bowlers are an asset to Miracle Lanes, even volunteering their time to help with fundraising events. He also said before the Gray Wolves called Miracle Lanes home, the team would volunteer there which made the partnership a no-brainer. “Anything to help youth,” Nyhan said, “I’m all in.”

The Gray Wolves are coached by Alvin Franklin Jr., who joined the program in July of 2020. Coach Franklin led Lourdes women’s bowling to the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) runner-up finish in the 21-22 season, the best in the program’s history. Both Coach Franklin and Mr. Nyhan say they are thrilled the Gray Wolves call Miracle Lanes home.
