Care Package Order Form

Student Life would like to offer families an opportunity to surprise and support your Lourdes University student. Final exams can be stressful, however, families can send their support by way of a Gray Wolf Care Package to their special student. All care packs will be packaged in Lourdes University spirit colors and will contain an assortment of edible encouragement to last through final exams.

Care packs will be delivered to residential students the week of December 9, 2019 and commuter students can also pick up their package during this week.

Choose from three different options:

  • SMALL GUBI CARE PACKAGE: $25 Includes snacks, candy, drink mixes, and quick meal options.
  • MEDIUM GUBI CARE PACKAGE: $35 Includes more snacks, candy, drink mixes, quick meal options, and study tools.
  • LARGE GUBI CARE PACKAGE: $45 Includes snacks, candy, drink mixes, quick meal options, study tools, desk-in-a-box, Gray Wolves coffee mug, and a stress ball.

Fill out the information below and submit payment via PayPal or credit/debit card. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
