Spring Semester begins January 19, 2021. The University anticipates offering face-to-face, hybrid and online instruction. Lourdes will also enter the spring athletic season with appropriate guidelines to assure health and safety of student-athletes.

New Students

The Online Orientation has been sent to all new students and is available on Canvas. Once new students complete the material, they can pick up their Lourdes Welcome Prize in the Assistant Dean of Student Engagement’s office located on the 1st floor of St. Clare Hall. The Welcome Kit offers the following Lourdes swag – a mask, hand sanitizer, thermometer and bag.

Athletics

The University will follow the NAIA Guidelines and Recommendations for athletics. Review NAIA’s latest FAQs regarding COVID-19 at https://www.naia.org/covid19/health-safety-faqs. NAIA’s 2020-21 COVID-19 Response Manual is also available at https://naia.prestosports.com/covid19/files/COVID-19-Response-Manual.pdf. Lourdes University Athletics will follow the WHAC or conference guidelines when they are updated. Lourdes University and the Athletics Department will also follow the guidelines set forth in the Ohio Department of Health Director’s Second Amended Order that Provides Mandatory Requirements for Youth, Collegiate, Amateur, Club and Professional Sports.

Lourdes University Athletics Spectator Policy
For winter sports, Lourdes University will not have fans at its athletic events. The University will reevaluate this later in the spring.
