Shows Celebration of Black History Month

In recognition of Black History Month, Lourdes University is pleased to announce the following events presented by the Office of Diversity & Multicultural Student Services. Several of the events are free and open to the public.

Black History Month Game Show

Thursday, February 21 at 5:30 p.m.

Zuzu Acrobat Performance

As seen on America’s Got Talent, Zuzu African Acrobats will be performing at Lourdes University! The troupe performs traditional Kenyan acrobatic skills set to high energy beats.

Franciscan Center, 6832 Convent Blvd.

$5 at door. Open to the public

 

Thursday, February 28 at 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.

Black History Month Celebration – ‘The Stars Within Us: Black Excellence and the Arts’

This will include a celebration in song, dance, spoken word and the arts!
