  • If you plan to stay for the summer, you may only reside in Emmanuel Halls.Graduate students will be in Cabrini.
  • In order to reside in summer housing you must be enrolled in summer classes, working on campus, in an internship or research assignment, participating in campus ministry, service learning, music or other University related programs for the summer.
  • In light of the current coronavirus health pandemic, we will be assigning all residents to single rooms for the summer. All students should plan on having a shared apartment with one other individual as an apartment mate. We will attempt to honor all requests for shared apartment mates. You may consult with residence life staff to inquiry who else will be living on campus in order to select an apartment mate {This may change due to health concerns during the pandemic}
  • Rates for summer will be $625.00/12 week term, $300.00/5 week term, and $200.00 for the time from August 1 – 23, 2020. Monthly rates will remain the same.
  • You must send an email to no later than May 1, 2020 stating your intent to stay over summer. Please provide a copy of your summer class schedule and/or work contract.
  • Assignments will be made by May 8. 2020
