The first time that you sign into the Lourdes Portal, you will be directed to create your account recovery options. These account recovery options will allow you to change your password if your password expires, or you cannot remember your password.

 

The first time you sign into the portal, you will be redirected to the Password Manager page. Enter your password to log in to the Password Manger and set up your account recovery options.

 

In the Password Manager, you have the option to set up three types of account recovery; security questions, email recovery, and phone recovery. Creating your security questions and answers is mandatory.

 

Security Questions:

Choose your security question from the drop-down menu and type your answer below. Repeat this for all four questions and click Submit.

 

Email Recovery:

Users have the ability to enter a primary and secondary email. Enter your email address and click Verify.

*Please do not use your Lourdes email address as an account recovery email*

A PIN will be send to your email account. You will have 30 seconds to enter this PIN in the verification window. Enter the PIN and click Submit. If you are not able to enter the verification code in 30 seconds, you can elect to have the code resent to you.

 

Phone Recovery:

Users have the ability to enter a primary phone number as a recovery option. Enter your phone number, select your carrier from the drop-down menu, and click Verify.

*Please only use cellular phone numbers with this recover option*

 

A PIN will be send to your cell phone. You will have 30 seconds to enter this PIN in the verification window. Enter the PIN and click Submit. If you are not able to enter the verification code in 30 seconds, you can elect to have the code resent to you.

 

When you have completed creating your recovery options, choose My Applications at the bottom of the screen. Choose Yes. You will be returned to the Lourdes Portal login page.
