On June 24th and 26th, Lourdes University and Intern Bridge will be presenting a two-part webseries focused on helping local regional employers on Creating & Delivering an Amazing Virtual Internship experience!

Delivering an Amazing Virtual Internship Experience will be on Wednesday, June 24th.  This webcast been created to help you create a best-in-class virtual internship program.

Virtual Internships 101: Success Strategies for Supervisors will be on Friday, June 26th. This presentation was specifically created for those individuals in your organization who either directly supervise, mentor or will be working with interns this summer.

Both of these sessions are HRCI and SHRM-PDC accredited and you can earn 3 continuing education credits for attending!

Remember, there is no cost for you as this program has been graciously underwritten by Lourdes University though the Ohio Means Jobs and Internships (OMIC 4) grant.

Policies

Should employers have any questions or concerns regarding the following Career Services Employer Policies, please contact the Career Services Office at 419-824-3704.

Home-Based Business / In-Home Childcare / Nanny Policy

It is the practice of Career Services to only post positions that offer a commercial/business workplace location. Home-based business, in-home childcare or nanny positions will not be posted. This is to ensure that College Central provides opportunity that offer a safe and worthwhile work experience.

This policy applies to ALL opportunities – including full-time, internship and part-time positions.

Third-Party Staffing Firm Policy

It is the policy of Career Services to partner with direct employers only. Therefore, we no longer accept third-party staffing firms into College Central.

Employer usage of College Central is limited to employment/recruiting-related purposes only. Registered employers must comply with all Federal, State and Local laws and established Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity regulations and guidelines.

Career Services reserves the right for any reason to deny access to any employer and also reserves the right to refuse and/or edit job postings as deemed warranted by the University in the University’s sole and absolute discretion.
