
Flower Hospital McKesson Endowed Scholarship
Nurse Anesthesia Program (NAP) Students
The Flower Hospital McKesson endowed scholarship is designed to provide financial and professional support for Master of Science in Nursing/Nurse Anesthesia Program students who demonstrate academic merit and financial need.
Awards will be granted annually to two first‐year and two second‐year students. Recipients will be chosen on the basis of cumulative GPA in the Nurse Anesthesia Program, financial need, professionalism, and either a written essay (1st year students) or SEE score (2nd year students).
Eligibility and Application
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must be actively enrolled in the MSN/NAP program at Lourdes University and in good academic standing. Students who receive the scholarship during their first year in the program are eligible to apply for it the following year.
Eligible students should complete the form below by November 1. Applications received after November 1 will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Applicants and Recipients
Scholarship recipients are responsible for attending a meeting of the Flower Hospital Foundation Board and thanking Flower Hospital and the Flower Hospital Foundation. In addition, recipients are expected to participate in an annual event, as determined by ProMedica Health System, and will be assigned a designated ProMedica representative, who will serve as a career mentor while the students are in the program.

Graduate School
The Graduate Scholarship Selection Committee will choose award recipients. All applicants will be notified of the chosen recipients by the third week in December. Funds will be disbursed by the Financial Aid office and applied toward spring semester tuition.
