International Wrongful Conviction Day
October 19 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The Criminal and Social Justice Department at Lourdes University cordially invites you to our International Wrongful Conviction Day event to acknowledge the issue and learn more about just how it happens, even in Lucas County.
The life of a person who has been wrongfully convicted is forever owned by the state. Only exoneration can give it back. In spite of a number of high-profile cases, Lucas County has yet to free these former inmates of their ‘convicted felon’ status. Then there are the innocent ones still behind bars.
Please join us for the launch of the Criminal & Social Justice Department’s new capstone program.
