Mr. David Massey brings 35+ years of progressive, high-impact leadership experience in higher education, business, technology, legal and consulting environments. He has a proven record of architecting and accelerating the growth of academic programs, institutional viability and faculty involvement.

A collaborative and transformational leader, he is respected for his strategic vision in increasing institutional viability in enrollment management. Mr. Massey has developed curriculum, hiring processes and training approaches for distance learning initiatives and is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in informational technology systems.

Prior to Lourdes University, Mr. Massey served as the National Dean for Virginia College and Campus President of ITT Technical Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology, a Master of Business Administration from The University of Toledo and a Juris Doctor in Corporate and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Toledo College of Law.

A published author, Mr. Massey has shared his expertise on a variety of subjects including contracting with consultants for computing services, negotiating complex hardware and software contracts, minimizing sysop liability and software transactions. Bilingual, Mr. Massey speaks Spanish fluently and is a MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional and is IT Service Management (ITIL-F) certified.
