As Vice President of Enrollment, Jeffrey R. Liles is responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of Lourdes University’s comprehensive enrollment management plan. Under his purview are the direction and operational management of Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, Financial Aid and Marketing & Communications. Mr. Liles also engages in collaborative efforts with academic affairs, student affairs, and athletics.

With 14 years of higher education experience at the executive level, Mr. Liles previously served as Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Services at Morehead State University in Kentucky. In that position, he co-chaired the strategic enrollment management task force, a collaborative effort resulting in the university experiencing record enrollment.

As Assistant Vice President of University Relations at Morehead State, he co-chaired the University Planning Committee and chaired the Minority Recruitment Committee, a campus-wide diversity initiative. Possessing extensive marketing expertise, he most recently served as a marketing adjunct professor at MSU where he was also honored as an Outstanding Faculty/Staff Fundraiser. Earlier in his career, he served in multiple marketing research management positions and currently owns his own marketing firm.

Mr. Liles earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and a minor in finance from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science in administrative management from the University of Cincinnati.

Active in the community, he helped launch one of the largest food pantries in the God’s Pantry network. He has also served in executive roles for healthcare, arts and religious organizations and received the 2018 Sterling Star award in recognition of community service efforts from the Mt. Sterling-Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.
