Jessica Ziegler, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice and the Program Director of the Criminal and Social Justice Department at Lourdes University. She earned her Ph.D. in Sociology with concentrations in Criminology, Social Psychology, and Quantitative Methods from Bowling Green State University in 2017. She also has a Master’s Degree in Sociology (2014) from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology (2012) from Western Kentucky University. Dr. Ziegler’s research and teaching interests include criminological theory, victimology, research methods, and crime over the life course.
