Sr. Valerie Grondin began teaching at Lourdes University in 2005 after twenty-two years as an elementary principal in Toledo area Catholic schools, four years as an assistant principal at Cardinal Stritch High School in Oregon Ohio and several years teaching both elementary and high school.

In the education department at Lourdes University, Sr Valerie has been the Director of the Adolescence to Young Adult Program helping students gain the knowledge, skills and dispositions which will make them success teachers in the high school classroom.
