If a Lourdes University faculty or staff member wishes to state a grievance but is uncomfortable speaking with his/her immediate supervisor or the next level of supervision, the individual can notify the Campus Ombuds Officer. An unbiased and apolitical person who serves the well-being of Lourdes University employees and the institution as a whole, the Campus Ombuds Officer is available to listen and if appropriate, bring the faculty or staff member’s concerns to the President or when deemed, the Board of Trustees.
